Terms of Service

Baytut Demo Kitchen is a pickup-only ordering service. Orders placed on this site are prepared by Baytut Demo Kitchen and collected by you at the pickup location shown on your order page.

Payments. Online payments are processed by the store's payment provider (e.g. Stripe or Ziina) — your card details never touch this website. Cash orders are paid at pickup. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in AED.

Cancellations & refunds. If an order is cancelled by the store, online payments are refunded through the original payment method. For any issue with your order, contact the store directly via the WhatsApp support button — we're a small kitchen and we'll make it right.

Loyalty & promotions. Stamps and promo codes are offered at the store's discretion, may change at any time, and have no cash value.

Arrival times. The arrival time you select helps us time your food. Orders are held for up to 2 hours after they are marked ready.

Licensing & responsibility. Each store on this platform operates as an independent business under its own trade license and applicable food-safety approvals, and warrants that it holds them. The store is solely responsible for its menu, food preparation, and legal compliance. The Baytut platform provides the ordering software only, is not the seller of any items offered here, and may suspend a store that does not meet these requirements.

شروط الخدمة

Baytut Demo Kitchen خدمة طلبات للاستلام فقط. الطلبات المقدمة عبر هذا الموقع يحضّرها Baytut Demo Kitchen وتستلمونها من موقع الاستلام الموضح في صفحة طلبكم.

المدفوعات. تُعالج المدفوعات الإلكترونية عبر مزود الدفع الخاص بالمتجر (مثل Stripe أو Ziina) — بيانات بطاقتكم لا تمر عبر هذا الموقع إطلاقًا. الطلبات النقدية تُدفع عند الاستلام، والأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي.

الإلغاء والاسترداد. إذا ألغى المتجر طلبًا، تُسترد المدفوعات الإلكترونية بنفس وسيلة الدفع. لأي مشكلة في طلبكم تواصلوا مع المتجر مباشرة عبر زر الدعم على واتساب.

الولاء والعروض. الطوابع وأكواد الخصم تُقدم حسب تقدير المتجر وقد تتغير في أي وقت وليس لها قيمة نقدية.

أوقات الوصول. وقت الوصول الذي تختارونه يساعدنا على توقيت تحضير طعامكم. تُحفظ الطلبات حتى ساعتين بعد جاهزيتها.

الترخيص والمسؤولية. يعمل كل متجر على هذه المنصة كنشاط تجاري مستقل بموجب رخصته التجارية وموافقات سلامة الغذاء المعمول بها، ويقرّ بأنه حاصل عليها. يتحمل المتجر وحده المسؤولية عن قائمته وتحضير الطعام والامتثال للأنظمة. منصة بيتوت توفر برنامج الطلبات فقط، وليست البائع لأي من المنتجات المعروضة هنا، ويحق لها إيقاف أي متجر لا يستوفي هذه المتطلبات.
